I would like to extend my warmest greetings to all IEPPans.

This year International Energy Policy Program of the Seoul National University has approached its 10^th Anniversary. I had an honor of becoming an IEPPan when I was admitted to the Master’s Degree Program in 2011.

Being an IEPPan had kicked off my whole journey for graduate and postgraduate studies in South Korea that lasted much more than just two years initially planned. During my stay in that beautiful country I had become closely acquainted with rich Korean culture, really hardworking and modest Korean people, acquired an understanding of how they were able to develop their country in so short period in historical terms. Moreover, I have met various people from all over the world who studied in our program and we became really good friends as IEPP has created a family like atmosphere.

I am immensely grateful to our Professor Eunnyeong Heo and Ms. Jooyoung Kim who managed to organize and launch IEPP in 2010 in its current wonderful shape. I was feeling their strive for excellence, enthusiasm regarding further development of our program and willingness to make our stay very comfortable and productive. Furthermore, I would like to express my appreciation to all TEMEP Professors for their contribution to IEPP and for knowledge I had learnt from them while attending their lectures, seminars and workshops.

I always remember my IEPPan friends and fellows with smile in my face and I understand that those years staying in Seoul were one of the happiest moments in my life.

I have no doubt that IEPP will continue to serve as a friendship bridge between wonderful South Korea and our home countries and further contribute to spillover of development and innovation experience and friendship among people.

I would like to wish strong health and prosperity to every IEPPan and their families. Moreover, I would like to bow to our dear professors and IEPP managers and TEMEP personnel and say thank you for the excellent job they are doing.

Finally, I would like to wish a long life to our International Energy Policy Program of Seoul National University.
